DISTANCE SALES, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY
All sales made through https://www.ordu-dedektor.com.tr fall under the category of “Distance Sales” and are subject to the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Matters related to the return of purchased products are also evaluated within the scope of this Law and Regulation.
In order for return procedures to be carried out properly, the Customer must check the shipment in the presence of the cargo officer at the time of delivery. If there is any cracking, breakage, damage, opening of the box, or crushing on the cargo package or product packaging, the product must be returned without accepting delivery.
Return requests based on claims that the product was damaged by the cargo company after delivery has been accepted will not be accepted.
Use of the Right of Withdrawal
According to the Distance Contracts Regulation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days from the date of delivery, without assuming any liability and without providing any justification (Article 8). Accordingly, the customer may return the product within 7 days after receipt without stating any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:

The return must be made within 7 days from the delivery date, with the product unopened, unused, undamaged, and with its original packaging intact.

For electronic products, returns are not accepted if the stickers placed by the importer or manufacturer on the product box or the https://www.ordu-dedektor.com.tr seal are torn, or if vacuum-sealed or shrink-wrapped packaging has been opened.

Before sending the product back, the customer must submit a Return Request via fax or e-mail. Products sent without approval will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

To benefit from the right of withdrawal, the product must not be damaged and must be in a condition suitable for resale.

The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as received and to compensate for any loss in commercial value resulting from use, if applicable.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products manufactured in accordance with the customer’s special requests or products that have been personalized through modifications or additions.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are non-returnable by nature or that may deteriorate rapidly or expire.
Return of Defective Goods
According to the Law on the Protection of Consumers, goods that do not comply with the specifications stated in their promotion, user manual, advertisements, or announcements, or that contain material, legal, or economic defects that reduce or eliminate the expected benefit for the consumer, are considered defective goods.
If the customer reports a defective product within 30 days from the delivery date, they have the right to choose one of the following options: return of the product, price reduction, free replacement, or free repair (Article 4).
To benefit from these rights:

If the product’s features differ from those stated in its promotion or if there are deficiencies that reduce the expected benefit, the product is considered defective.

The customer must report the defective product within 30 days.

Before sending the product, the customer must apply via fax or e-mail and wait for approval.

In defective product claims, a report issued by authorized service stations or by the importer or manufacturer will determine whether there is user error. If user error is detected, the customer cannot benefit from these rights.
Refund Period
Provided that the above conditions are met, https://www.ordu-dedektor.com.tr will refund the product price within 10 days from the date the withdrawal notice or defective product notification is received.
Shipping Costs

For returns made by exercising the Right of Withdrawal, shipping costs are borne by the customer.

For returns of defective products, customers may send the product via Yurtiçi Kargo with payment upon delivery.
If there is a problem with the product to be shipped or if it is out of stock, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order without dispatching the product.
